I called KP Hauling a week before I needed my mother moved from her home to an assisted living community. The owner was friendly and was available at the time I needed. He quoted a price for the service and clearly outlined any other charges that might apply. I actually paid the bill prior to the move, such was my comfort level with them. Amber actually contacted me to let me know that payment was not ‘expected’ until services were complete. I told her that we would have a check ready in the event there were overage charges. The gentlemen showed up about 15 minutes early and went right to work. They did a great job wrapping and handling mom’s things. My sister was at the receiving side and told me they did a great job on that end as well. We will definitely use them again when we have another need as well as recommend them to others in need.

I have now used KP Haulings three times, and each time they have been beyond impressive. Prompt, conscientious of time, professional, friendly, thoughtful, respectful, and all the other positive adjectives. This last time I moved my aunt into assisted living. I was especially thankful that on Monday they fit me in for a last minute Thursday move that was needed to ensure her new home was ready after her release from rehab. But I was not the only one impressed, the executive director of the facility sang their praises! She said so many movers refuse to wear a mask, are rude to the residents, and cause damage to the facility and the elevator. Not a problem with KP Haulings! Thank you KP Haulings for being one of the most awesome group of people I have done business with!

I’ve heard all the moving horror stories. But I couldn’t move myself and I had to get help. Was I nervous? You bet. KP Haulings came recommended, and they were worth EVERY PENNY. Respectful, courteous, and very careful with my property. 99% of my things were packed into boxes already and I tried to do a good job there too. That being said, not one thing was broken, scratched, or missing for that matter. Furniture was dismantled if necessary, packaged, and reassembled at the new place. Extremely satisfied with the company and their excellent work; I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for expertise performance with integrity.
